Isis will be eligible to receive license fees and milestone payments, totaling nearly $1.5 billion, in the event all six programs are successfully developed for one or more indications and commercialized through to pre-agreed sales targets, plus double digit royalties.
Alicaforsen’s safety and efficacy has been proven in 5 Phase II studies and sales are expected to commence six months after close of the first funding round under the regulations facilitating supply of product to named patients for whom there is no or ineffective existing treatment.
Atlantic Healthcare’s team of asset hunters are evaluating other exciting opportunities focused on proven drugs; which have less risk and greater returns being close to or on the market, with significant peak sales potential which can be marketed globally.
